Bajaj Electronics, is a good show room in terms of variety and offers but they have serious issues regarding customer service.

1. They promise you deliveries in 2 to 3 days and don't even care to verify if they have stocks. Later you come to know that it would take a week or 10 days for delivery.
2. The customer service center is pathetic. Contact number (44427777) is not reachable, and they suddenly hang up if we reach them and if they become aware that we are trying to complain on some issue.
3. Bajaj Electronics specifically does not have a website and you do not know whom to escalate any issue. They don't give any information about their hierarchy.

I have ordered a Samsung LCD on Oct 25th which was promised that it would be delivered in a day or 2 and it's not done till now (31 Oct) and they are keeping on dragging.

My advice would be get the delivery date written and signed when you pay them. This will help to sue them!!!
