Orion Motors, Jubilee Hills cheated me (and apparently many other customers) in the name of Free AMC. I purchased my VW Polo two years back when I was offered 3 years Free AMC. But, they never gave me any document (assuring me that the AMC details are linked to my vehicle in their system). It was when I went for the first servicing I realized that they never registered AMC in my name. I had to fight with dealer and service center to recover service charges. Now, that I need to take my vehicle for second servicing, the dealer is not responding positively. I am in the process of filing a case in consumer court already.
