This is all cheating the public, i have enquired all the rates, other than festival like bumber draw some thing they are increasing the prices and scratch cards they are giving bedsheets not worth of 300 they are saying that is cost 1,000/- they have to annouce before media.
All are cheaters, they are thinking that public are fools

i hope this is trash, in festival season they increased prices and they sale , which ever amount is they are earning i think 1/4 of the amount they are giving and they are not giving paper advertisement for the winner details and contact number for enquiry
