I am not satisfied with customer support. Please make available an exclusive citizen service center/after sales service in Secunderabad. I have an eco drive. The ,second' needle jumps eratically or the watch do not work. Please let me know. The Center at Prashanti Mansion Banjara Hills do not give any land mark or do not have a telephone that works. I failed to communicate with them because of this. When I bought the Gold bracelet milk white dial watch from Methodist complex may be 10 years ago approximately, I found one service person is so rough in handling the watch, it left a scratching mark which is still today on my watch. My watch is not working as the 'second' needle jumps eratically. I want to give the watch to citizen service center only.
